Day 3

So... I never got around to day 3 yesterday, because I had to do stuff in the flat before work. I was healthy though:) Which is quite important. I don't feel bad at all for having some sweet chocolate etc. if I've been physical. But today I will do what I was ment to do yesterday, even though I'm in a hurry and I've got work later which means six hours non stop on my feet!
I was ment to do the cirvut 5-7 times (remember last time it was 3-5 and I did 3). I only did 3 today because my body still hurts, though I think it has something to do with the fact I haven't eaten yet. I have also come to the conlucion that when I am done with these 6 days I will do it again, with the meal plan more and more integrated (as it's not easy to concentrate on right now with everything else going on).
I feel sweaty, and I'm concentration on keeping my back straight, while breathing heavily and stretching some extra!
I'll be back tomorrow;)

Day 2

Pretty easy day, wasn't the hardest work out, but didn't have much time to get all
the meals planned out because I went out :) I stuck to vodka and juice (fresh, orange or cranberry, even though I know orange is filled with sugar) and red wine. Red wine is the best because it takes a while to drink and it's full of antioxidants:) Was a great night and spent most of it dancing and singing:)

Day 1

Day1.

Right, here we go!

What I am now:
-21 years old
-171cm
-about 78kg
-size 12-14 in trousers
-size 10-12 tops

Goal:
-Fit into my graduation dress perfectly!
-Weight 70kg in less than 2 months.
-Keep the weight off!
-Stick to this 6 day regime thingy!
-NO sweets or unhealthy piss til my graduation day 29th of june:)

Work out:
Took about half an hour and a bit, but only cause I kept looking at the very helpful videos on how do do stuff, when I remember them all it will be a lot easier going from exercise to exercise using only my phone's stop watch to count second. (Which also means I can listen to music too!) I did the main regime 3 times, might do a 4th later today, depending on what I'm doing later:)
I feel: Sweatty, back hurting a little mostly cause of the bra strapp but also cause I've been slouching a bit. I don't feel tiered (which is good as I only got up 2-3h ago)

Food:
Had an apple in the morning with a cup of coffee, since I don't have much of a morning appetite or when I'm in a rush. Then had a egg salad later:) Jummy. My snack will be a shake, and I'm gonna have salmon for lunch and dinner!
Now I need to run to tesco as it closes in 28 minutes

Anyhows wish me luck! And I'll post some photos later on:)

6 day weight loss regime test!

So, today I started my new exercise regime and diet. It is a 6 day plan which you can follow too! I will be posting progress, goals, and photos onto here as we go. This is for anyone who would like to get fitter, but I am taking it from the weight loss side:) I have done this before, and it worked, but then I gained lots again. Now I'm gonna do it again, but without the silly mistakes I did last time, like never enjoying myself once a week without feeling guilty.
I follow this regime you can get here: www.shapeshifter.com for free:) These are very easy, home-doable exercises and eating regime. I do not expect myself or anyone else to be 110% strict, because I know it's not easy in the start, but that is no reason to quit trying!

Remember:
1. Eating healthy does not mean starving yourself, as it is only destructive to you metabolism etc
2. Your metabolism isn't only burning fat it is also producing energy and prevent you getting depressed etc if you feed it the right foods
3. 5 a day goes a long way! Depending on your type, try grabbing a banana or apple when you have swee thunger, strawberries and watermelons you can eat til you faint! And the same with celery.
4.Most important: STAY AWAY FROM UN-NATRUAL SUGARS AND DEEP FRIED STUFF! It wrecks your body whether your training every day or not.
5. No excuse is a good excuse for why you can find 15minutes a day to do something active. 15min exercise in the morning gives you more energy than 15 extra minutes sleep!

I will now go on to post Day 1. Exercise, the food comment will be posted the day after (if I have the opportunity) :)

Good luck!
